RENTAL PAYMENTS

Rent is always due a minimum 1 week in advance.

Always use your personal reference when making payments so we know it is your payment.

Maintenance must be reported by email. If an AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY

SMS your property manager.

Refer to your Tenant Handbook for what is an emergency and handy tips on how to deal with basic issues.

Inspections are carried out 6 weeks after you move in and every 3 months thereafter. You will be given 7 - 14 days notice of an inspection.

You do not have to be home as we can bring keys.

Please ensure pets are not at home or are secure on inspection days. Inspection times will not be moved to cater for pets - sorry.

If you are wanting to vacate you will need to give 30 days written notice before the end of a fixed term lease. 21 days on a periodic.

You will be sent vacate information to outline your obligations.

If the property is being re-let then you may be asked to allow home opens up to 21 days before you vacate.
